Above: Abbey guarding 'my chair' We went camping in the river at our place on Friday night with Carolyn and Taryn - it was heaps of fun and the girls seemed to enjoy themselves too. Great roast in the camp oven helped a lot!! On Monday morning we had breakfast south of Alice to watch some of the frontrunners drive past in the Finke race. It was great to see the cars fly past although all the kids didn't like the noise too much. Great coffee and pancakes on a beautiful sunny Alice Springs morning - and it was a day off, what more could you want????

Just sayin'...as I'm becoming more interested in posting blogs with a relevance and some deeper meaning to possibly be of help to others, I happened upon this one. I'm a husband, father of two really great kids and remain mystified as to why people would put out so much information about their kids to the world. Its crazy. I'm sure your family is lovely but no wonder no one before me has taken the minute or two it requires to post anything to your interests. It seems very self absorbed and I'm really sort of in awe as to how shallow this is. I hope you'll believe me when I tell you the ONLY reason I mentioned it was to see if was something you might not be aware of, to see if any of that is true and if so, is there anything else you could do to change that?
